FRSC Denies Ongoing Recruitment, Warns Public Against Fraudulent Claims

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has refuted claims circulating on social media regarding an alleged ongoing recruitment exercise, describing them as false and misleading. In an official statement released by the Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal Olusegun Ogungbemide, the FRSC clarified that it is not conducting any recruitment and has no plans to begin such a process soon.

FRSC Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed advised the public and job seekers to disregard the fraudulent reports. He emphasized that any legitimate recruitment by the FRSC would be announced transparently and widely publicized through the Corps’ official channels, including its website, verified social media platforms, and National Traffic Radio 107.1FM.

The Corps further warned against scammers posing as FRSC representatives, stressing that it will not bear responsibility for any losses suffered by individuals who engage with fraudulent entities.

Reiterating its commitment to transparency and credibility, the FRSC urged citizens to report any suspicious recruitment-related activities or communications to the relevant authorities. For verified updates and accurate information, the public is advised to visit the FRSC’s official website at www.frsc.gov.ng or contact the Corps via its official email.
