AMVCA 2020: Ramsey Nouah, Reminisce Nab Nominations
Ramsey Nouah and Reminisce are among the nominees at the 2020 AMVCAs

Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah Jr. and rapper Reminisce are among this year’s nominees at the 2020 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).

The list of nominations was announced on Thursday, February 6, 2020, via a live broadcast hosted by Linda Ejiofor and Ibrahim Suleiman (both of whom are Nollywood stars).

Reminisce was nominated in the category of Best Supporting Actor for his role as Makanaki, an ambitious political thug plotting to dethrone his boss in Kemi Adetiba’s King of Boys.

Also nominated in several movies are Ramsey Nouah, Kate Henshaw, Richard Mofe Damijo, and Nkem Owoh.

The 2020 AMVCAs will be presented in 28 categories, with seven of them open to public voting and the other 21 to be decided by the panel of judges.
