Actor Bobby Obodo says Nigerian filmmakers should begin uploading quality content on Netflix

Nollywood actor Bobby Obodo has criticized movies produced by the industry which are available for viewing on Netflix.

Netflix as the biggest streaming platform in the world has a lot of content ranging from originals to musicals and animation, with series for everyone as well.

Some Nollywood movies are also on the streaming service and Obodo has lamented their quality, saying that most of them are painful to see.

The actor who made his opinion known on Twitter stated that he hoped creative filmmakers in the industry would start putting out good content on Netflix to save them the shame and ridicule that could befall Nollywood.

Michael Bobby Obodo is a Nigerian actor who made his acting debut in 2011. He is also an activist, writer, and businessman whose role in the series Husbands of Lagos contributed to his rise in the movie industry.
