Cardi B Asks Nigerians To Choose Between “Chioma B” And “Cadijat”

Still riding on the buzz with her fans in Nigeria, Cardi B throws it open for them to choose a local name for her between “Chioma B” and “Cadijat”. Apparently, the American rapper is loving the vibe Nigerians are giving her on the social media and she’s extending her interest of association with the West African country.

OduNews.com could recall how Cardi B first got her local name “Chioma” during her first visit to Nigeria in December 2019 for LiveSpot event. The other name, Cadijat originated from one of Olamide’s popularly songs, “Science Students” where he mentioned, “Khadija so’rare di Cardi B”, hence, fans were quick to localize Cardi’s name to Cadijat.

Cardi B has continually expressed her interest in nationalizing as a Nigerian, a statement she made bold of on her Twitter page. This spelt quite a number of reactions from Nigerian celebrities giving her a pat on the back.
