#OkadaBan: Lagos Residents Protest Ban Of Okada, Keke
#OkadaBan: Lagos Residents Protest Ban Of Okada, Keke

Reactions have continued to trail the ban on operations of motorcycles (popularly called Okada) and tricycles (Keke) in some parts of the State.

Odunews.com had earlier reported that the Lagos state government announced 15 local government areas affected by the ban. 

Although the Lagos state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Sunday directed the management of Lagos Bus Services Limited to deploy a fleet of 65 buses along major routes from Monday, to provide succour and ameliorate the hardship commuters might face as a result of the restriction, this appears not to be enough.

Asides Local Government Areas affected by the ban, others have also witnessed hike in transport fare as well as difficulty in getting buses to their destination.

Lagosians have taken to social media to express the difficulty caused by the ban with some protesters taking to the streets.

Some have however resort to using horses to transport people as seen in the video below:
