Box Office: ‘Living In Bondage’ Trumps ‘Terminator’ To Claim Top Spot

Ramsey Nouah’s Living in Bondage: Breaking Free which premiered during the weekend has taken the box office crown, displacing Hollywood’s Terminator: Dark Fate in its first week.

The sequel to the last movie which was made in the early ‘90s has grossed over N25 million as it leads cinemas across West Africa; the first Nollywood movie to do so. The achievement means that its record has surpassed that of five Nollywood films currently in theaters.

Terminator: Dark Fate sits at the number 2 position with N12.6 million in its second week while Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Gemini Man, and Joker have made N8.2 million, N2.4 million, and N2.1 million respectively.
