IN PHOTOS: Twitter CEO Visits UNILAG, Addresses Students, Entrepreneurs

The CEO and Co-Founder of the popular micro-blogging site, Twitter, Jack Dorsey visits the University of Lagos in Nigeria.

Mr Dorsey who landed in Lagos, Nigeria on Thursday, November 7, 2019, already touched down at CcHub in Yaba, Lagos.

This is not coming as a surprise as the co-creation hub has a reputation around the tech space in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Recall that when Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg visited Nigeria, his first stop was at the CcHub.

At the University of Lagos, the students were thrilled on seeing him. OduNews.com learnt that it was not announced that he would be coming to the university campus but the unsuspecting students knew he was in Nigeria.

Jack Dorsey addresses students and entrepreneurs at the university before leaving to have another stop at Andela Nigeria.

While in Nigeria, Mr. Dorsey is expected to meet with leaders in the local technology and business ecosystem.

After Nigeria, Mr Dorsey is also set to visit Ethiopia, Ghana and South Africa.
