The much-anticipated sequel to the hit movie Merry Men: The Real Yoruba Demons is set to hit cinemas next month and we can now have a sneak peek at what is in store for us thanks to a teaser trailer.
The upcoming movie will see the Merry Men go up against new and old foes alike and this time, things may not all go in their favor as their opponents may be steps ahead of them.
The short clip is packed full of action and it seems that the gang is attacked by a group of formidable females who are obviously trained to take on the team of men.
Not much can be said of the action but it is one major area that Nollywood is seriously lacking and it is hoped that the Netflix movie will not disappoint fans in that category.
The best part of the teaser trailer is not the fact that the Merry Men face seemingly more powerful enemies. The best part is the last few seconds in which comic actor Williams Uchemba delivers what is his verdict on the inevitable. It is really comical and he should take the movie to new heights of laugh-out-fun.
