Creed and Black Panther actor Michael B. Jordan will be starring in Without Remorse, an adaptation of the book by Tom Clancy.
The film has been in development for about 25 years with names like Kevin Costner, Tom Hardy, and Keanu Reeves linked to its main character.
Finally, Without Remorse is kicking off with an official release date set for September 18, 2020. Jordan will play the protagonist, John Clark and the actor released a teaser which can be seen below.

Billed as an origin story, the movie will delve into the life of CIA operative John Clark, revealing how he went from being a part of the Navy Seal’s Underwater Demolition Team to a CIA operative.
Without Remorse aims to set up the novel’s follow-up, Rainbow Six, in which Jordan will also star.
Tom Clancy died in 2013 when director Christopher McQuarrie was attached to the project, and though a lot has changed since then, Jordan’s involvement should add to the movie’s appeal and a faithful adaptation of the book should take priority.
