In DC Comics, Carmine Falcone is a crime boss and a constant adversary of Batman, but a friend of Bruce Wayne. It has been rumored that Reeves will take inspiration from The Long Halloween storyline in which Falcone’s dad takes his injured son to the Wayne mansion to treat his gunshot wounds. A young Bruce Wayne watches and the act endears the Wayne family to the crime boss.
If the above is true, then Thomas Wayne (Batman’s father) will make an appearance and Batman actor Robert Pattinson will be a friend to Turturro’s character.
John Michael Turturro is an Italian American actor, writer, and filmmaker known for The Big Lebowski, Do the Right Thing and the Transformers film series.
