Kaduna: Supreme Court Upholds Gov. El-Rufai’s Election Victor

The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the election victory of the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Nasir El-Rufai, as Governor of Kaduna state.

In a unanimous judgment delivered by Justice Centus Nweze, the appeal filed by Mr Isa Ashiru of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the election is lacking in merit and it is therefore dismissed.
