Little is known about The Eternals movie but Marvel Chief Kevin Feige revealed some plot details during this past weekend Comic-Con in Brazil.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) will go down in history as one of the all-time best franchises, raking in billions collectively and capturing the hearts of movie fans with legendary characters and memorable villains.
Moving forward to the next phase of Marvel movies, the studio’s next project is The Eternals, a film that will see the creatures who were brought into being by the Celestials (first glimpsed in Guardians of the Galaxy).
Starring Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek, Richard Madden, Kit Harington, Gemma Chan, and Brian Tyree Henry, it will explore a story that is set to take the MCU to the next level and fans who were present at the event in Brazil were excited when an unedited footage from the film was shown to them.
Feige speaking on the Eternals, said that they know about the Avengers but the latter group doesn’t know them and that the Celestials will be seen in their full power.
The Eternals know about the existence of The Avengers. The Avengers don’t know much about The Eternals…Yet. Celestials are a big part of it, you’ve seen a little of the Celestials in Guardians of the Galaxy. Nowhere is the severed head of a Celestial.
