A soldier was called by a lady to beat her neighbor but ended up killing her sister.
The deceased and her sister were trying to pack out of the house without clearing their pending bills and a neighbor accosted them, insisting that the bills must be paid which happened on Tuesday around Seaside Estate, Lagos state
