Not every door should be unlocked as the characters of Netflix’s upcoming horror series Locke & Key are about to find out. They will learn the hard way not to mess with the unknown.
The series is adapted from the comic book series of the same name by Joe Hill and will premiere on Netflix on February 7, 2020.
Starring Jackson Robert Scott, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Sherri Saum, and Griffin Gluck, Locke & Key focuses on three siblings who relocate to their ancestral home in Massachusetts after the gruesome murder of their father.
They discover that the house has magical keys that endow them with new powers and abilities. Unknown to them, a demonic entity is after the keys and will stop at nothing to get them.
The plot has the makings of a classic and the trailer is the ultimate teaser, highlighting dazzling effects, supernatural thrills and shocking moments.
It’s a dangerous game but the players can’t stop themselves as they are enticed to toy with the supernatural in what could spell doom for them all.
It seems that messing with the keys leads to the demon’s awakening. From then on, things rapidly spiral out of control as the siblings struggle to find a way of their dire situation.
