The fourth season of Stranger Things has begun filming in Atlanta yesterday.
The Netflix hit series arrived in July 2016 and became a phenomenal hit, becoming the most successful on the popular streaming platform.
With an array of child actors, Stranger Things is inspired by the 1980s pop culture and followed the adventures of Eleven (Milly Bobby Brown) and her friends Mike, Will, Dustin, and Lucas as they faced otherworldly threats in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana.
Odu News got wind that shooting for the fourth season took effect yesterday, Tuesday January 7, 2020. This is in line with earlier reports about the commencement of filming in the early part of January.
Season 3 ended on a mixed note; while the young heroes defeated the powerful foe, it came at a great cost. Eleven lost her powers and her guardian, Police Chief Jim Hopper seemingly lost his life in the fight.
The Duffer brothers created something great with the series which has seen the characters grow from ignorant children to adapted teenagers. Fans can expect more of what makes the show tick when the second season is made available on Netflix.
