
The Supreme court on Wednesday delivered series of judgement on pending electoral issues in Abia, Delta and Niger states respectively.
In Abia state, the Supreme Court validated the election of Peoples Democratic Party’s Okezie Ikpeazu as Abia state Governor
In a separate judgement, the Niger Governor Abubakar Bello’s election was reaffirmed by the Supreme Court. The court dismissed the appeal of Mohammed Nasko of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
Also, the Supreme court upheld the election of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as Governor of Delta State.
It dismissed the appeal of Great Ogboru and the All Progressives Congress(APC) in the state
