Ever Anderson, the daughter of Resident Evil star Milla Jovovich and movie director Paul W.S. Anderson, has been cast to take on the role of Wendy opposite actor Alexander Molony, who is set to play Peter Pan.

Ever appeared in Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, and it’s great to see her break into the entertainment industry like her famous mother.

Peter Pan is the story of the boy who never grows up, and unlike the recent remake of Lady and the Tramp that went straight to Disney +, it will have a theatrical release.

David Lowery (Pete’s Dragon) has hopped on board to direct for Disney, with a script he co-wrote with Toby Halbrooks. Joker actor Joaquin Phoenix has been offered the role of Captain Hook but there has been no word whether or not he has accepted.
