Milly Bobby Brown stars as the precocious teen who searches for her mother

Based on the young adult novel series by author Nancy Springer, the upcoming film will see Brown veer off her super-powered character in Netflix‘s Stranger Things for a more realistic one in Victorian England.

Enola Holmes adapts the events of the first book The Case of the Missing Marquess and filming has already been completed but its post production timeframe has not decided due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brown plays the titular character who is the younger sister of Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill). She is as precocious and she is tenacious, and since Brown has already established heraelf as an actress with talent, acting the part should come naturally to her.
