Former WWE wrestler Alberto Del Rio has been arrested in Texas after he reportedly assaulted a woman sexually after putting her through hell.
According to a local report, Del Rio recently got apprehended by the cops for an alleged assault that took place earlier this month in San Antonio.
News4SA reports that the alleged victim told cops that on May 3, 2020, the pro wrestler assaulted her multiple times, allegedly slapping her across the head when he lost his temper.
The report which cites an arrest affidavit goes on to state that the woman alleges that Del Rio forced her to wear a dress and dance for him.
The victim added that when she initially refused, he told her not to cry and allegedly threatened to drop her son off in the middle of a road somewhere.
She claims he sexually assaulted her, which made her go to the police. She reportedly had her injuries photographed.
At this point, it isn’t clear if Del Rio has been fully booked and processed at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, but the report reveals that he is in custody.
