Anne Hathaway says director Christopher Nolan (with whom she is seen with here) hates chairs on the set of his films

While speaking with Variety, Hathaway dished a little about Nolan’s on set habits, saying that not only does he prohibit cell phones on set,  and he doesn’t allow chairs as well.

Chris also doesn’t allow chairs. I worked with him twice. He doesn’t allow chairs, and his reasoning is, if you have chairs, people will sit, and if they’re sitting, they’re not working. I mean, he has these incredible movies in terms of scope and ambition and technical prowess and emotion. It always arrives at the end under schedule and under budget. I think he’s onto something with the chair thing.”

Well, being a genius comes with its many eccentricities so Nolan can be forgiven for having his.

Different sources have confirmed that a lawsuit has been filed against the makers of the film which focuses on Milly Bobby Brown as Enola, the younger sibling of Mycroft and Sherlock Holmes.

The lawsuit claims that copyright has been infringed with Enola Holmes as the filmmakers used elements of the books written by Conan Doyle after that period. Specifically, the ones in which the writer gave the detective the ability to empathize and respect women.

As at the time of this writing, Netflix and the others behind the production of the film (including Legendary Pictures) are yet to respond to the lawsuit.

One can only hope that the matter will be settled amicably as whatever grievances exist ought not to get in the way of the release of the forthcoming feature.
