In the Nigerian presidential election, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, won the polling unit of Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde. According to the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Tinubu received 104 votes, while Peter Obi of the Labor Party came in second with 82 votes, and Atiku Abubakar received 27 votes.
The Action Democratic Party and All Progressives Grand Alliance recorded two votes each, while the Action Alliance had one vote. A total of 17 void votes were also recorded.
The result from the polling unit is an indication of the voting pattern of the people in the area. While the result from one polling unit may not necessarily represent the voting pattern across the entire state or country, it provides insights into the voting behavior of a particular demographic.
