Guinea’s U-23 football team is gearing up for the second leg of their Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifying match against the Nigerian Olympic Eagles.
The encounter will take place at the Moulay Al Hassan Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday. The Young Syli Stars arrived in Rabat on Friday night and began training on Saturday morning.
AJ Auxerre forward, Madious Keita, has also joined the team. In the first leg at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja, Morlaye Cisse’s side held the Olympic Eagles to a 0-0 draw on Wednesday.
The team is hopeful of securing a win in the second leg to qualify for the U-23 AFCON, which Morocco will host in November.
The Guinea U-23 team is stepping up their preparation, looking forward to defeating the Nigerian Olympic Eagles in their next encounter.
