Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has praised Anthony Joshua’s victory over Jermaine Franklin, saying it will serve as a stepping stone to one of the greatest comebacks in the history of boxing.
Joshua claimed a unanimous points win over American boxer Franklin on Saturday night at the London 02 Arena. The victory marked Joshua’s return to the ring after two consecutive losses to WBA (Super), IBF, and WBO world champion, Oleksandr Usyk.
