Sir Alex Ferguson's record of 38 trophies won with Manchester United remains unmatched in English football history, a feat no other Premier League manager has come close to repeating in their time at a single club.

The Scottish coach's 26-year reign at Old Trafford saw him transform United into a global powerhouse. His trophy collection included 13 Premier League titles, 5 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, 2 UEFA Champions League titles, 10 Community Shields, and the FIFA Club World Cup and Intercontinental Cup. Ferguson retired in 2013 with that record still standing today.

Pep Guardiola stands second on the list with 20 trophies at Manchester City since arriving in 2016. The Spanish tactician has won 6 Premier League titles, multiple League Cups and FA Cups, a UEFA Champions League title, and the FIFA Club World Cup. Guardiola guided City to a historic Treble in 2023 and became the first manager to win four consecutive Premier League titles, rewriting the rules of English football with his possession-based style and tactical innovation.

Arsène Wenger sits third with 17 trophies at Arsenal. The French manager's legendary spell at the club saw him modernise training, nutrition, and recruitment while building entertaining teams. Wenger won 3 Premier League titles, 7 FA Cups, and 7 Community Shields. His most famous achievement came in 2003/04 when his "Invincibles" side completed an entire Premier League season unbeaten, a record that still stands.

José Mourinho and Jürgen Klopp both collected 8 trophies at Chelsea and Liverpool respectively. Mourinho arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2004 calling himself "The Special One" and delivered immediately with 3 Premier League titles, an FA Cup, 3 League Cups, and a Community Shield. His 2004/05 side conceded just 15 league goals, a Premier League record that has never been beaten.

Klopp restored Liverpool to English and European prominence after years of inconsistency. The German coach won a Premier League title in 2020, ending the club's 30-year drought, along with a UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, 2 League Cups, FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and Community Shield. His high-intensity style of play has made Liverpool one of Europe's most feared teams.

George Graham won 6 trophies at Arsenal in the late 1980s and early 1990s, securing 2 First Division/Premier League titles, an FA Cup, 2 League Cups, and the European Cup Winners' Cup. Kenny Dalglish, who famously guided Blackburn Rovers to the Premier League title in 1995 to break Manchester United's dominance, also holds 6 trophies from his managerial spells at Premier League clubs.

Guardiola's continued success at Manchester City means he will eventually challenge Ferguson's record, though matching 38 trophies would require an unprecedented sustained run of dominance over many more seasons.
