It’s not surprising that everyone is curious about the background of the actress that played ‘Timeyin’ in ‘Blood Sisters’, an original Netflix series as she pulled a brilliant act for a newbie.
Real name Genoveva Umeh, a Nigerian-born British actress now popular for the role she played as Timeyin in the Netflix Original Series, “Blood Sisters”.
Genoveva has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and she attributes her acting skills to the experience she earned in high school and the training she got from EbonyLife Creative Academy.
According to Genoveva, she started acting professionally on August 4, 2018. Before then, she would act for free or get a little – either way, she was doing it to gain more experience.

For anyone that has observed closely, Genoveva has a scar on a part of her forehead – Describing how she got this scar, the actress said it happened years aga in Enugu when wanted to have bread and butter for breakfast and out of haste, she hit her head at the edge of the wall.
“Patience is still something I’m working on and I still like bread and butter”, she said.
Background
Born on May 8, Genoveva Umeh hails from Anambra state and grew up in Enugu state – she spent most of her childhood in the Eastern part of Nigeria. In 2006, Genoveva moved to London as her parent secured a job over there. She’s a law graduate with LLB and trained in acting at EbonyLife Creative Academy

Before ‘Blood Sisters’, Genoveva has starred in two Netflix movies – ‘One Lagos Night’ and ‘Love Is War’. She also starred in ROK’s ‘Blameless’ and ‘All Good Things’.
