Adewole Emmanuel, a 400-level medical student at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, collapsed and died on campus moments before he was scheduled to sit for his oral examination.
The student fell ill suddenly while on the university grounds. He was rushed for medical attention, but efforts to revive him proved unsuccessful. Emmanuel was pronounced dead shortly after.
