Actor John Okafor Reveals He Has Been Harassed Severally For His Role As Mr. Ibu

 Nollywood actor, John Okafor aka Mr. Ibu has recently disclosed in an interview that he had been harassed severally for his popular Ibu character.

The actor who had disclosed more about his personal life, family, career and more in the interview recalled how he had received countless beatings and slaps from people.

In his words;

“Mr Ibu has received countless slaps and manhandling from people. Some people even go to the extent of tearing my clothes or buttons. So, when I am out and I feel that the situation is about to go out of hand, I just run away because some people may take advantage of the situation and start punching my face.”

The actor also stated that despite the harassments for playing his character as  Mr. Ibu, he would not get tired of the role as it was the same role that brought him fame.

When asked about his family, the old actor gushes on them saying that he was a romantic husband and that he played a lot with his kids.

He also hints that he doing all he can to bring creative ideas into the movie industry.
