‘Doctor Strange 2’ Defies The Coronavirus Pandemic, Still On Track To Film In June

Despite Studios having to push back the release date of Black Widow, and shutting down production on Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings due to the scare, the sequel to Doctor Strange is still being pushed forward toward its planned shooting schedule.

who helmed the first movie was attached to direct the sequel but had to leave due to creative differences. A month later, (who is no stranger to superhero movies) was in talks to take over and as of yet, nothing official has been confirmed.

In a report, Variety revealed that pre-production has continued remotely on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and that it would still shoot in June.
