Rising actress Elizabeth Moss is headlining upcoming horror thriller Run Rabbit Run.
Moss got her Hollywood break with the acclaimed Hulu series The Handmaid’s Tale and has since ventured in some movies, including The Invisible Man.
Having impressed fans with her acting talents, Moss (who seems to have a knack for playing troubled or damaged characters) looks to revisit the horror genre with Run Rabbit Run.
Described as a ghost horror thriller, the upcoming film will be directed by Daina Reid (who directed some episodes of The Handmaid’s Tale), with a script from Hannah Kent.
It follows Sarah (Moss), a fertility doctor with a pragmatic understanding of the circle of life. Things get complicated when she is forced to make sense of the increasingly strange behavior of her young daughter, Mia.
Sarah must challenge her own beliefs and confront a ghost from her past as she struggles to get a handle on the bizarre happenings around her.
Run Rabbit Run is backed by Carver Films and XYZ Films. Elizabeth Moss was most recently seen in the movie Shirley.
