As the release date for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker draws nearer, the producers have taken to the social media to bless fans with more and more posters, the latest of which sees the heroine meet her polar rival, the deadly Kylo Ren.
A lot is riding on the success of the upcoming Star Wars as the final saga in a franchise that is the most influential when it comes to the world of science-fiction. It’s a film that has no choice but to succeed as anything other than that would be devastating for the filmmakers and even George Lucas himself, who is behind the mastermind of the whole thing.
The protagonist Rey (Daisy Ridley) will be in the fight of her life when she crosses her lightsaber with that of the mysterious Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) in a battle that will see light and darkness clash one last time.
The poster is a thing of beauty and we see Rey’s perspective of Kylo Ren as he walks toward her. The surrounding is surreal and the characters poised for an epic confrontation. Check it out below:
