This weekend, we will witness the end of an era as the concluding story in the Star Wars saga makes its impactful arrival in theaters.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is easily the most anticipated movie in the month of December and fans who have been following the events of the previous movies know that a lot of people are betting on this film to succeed as a lot of expectations come with it.
Part of the franchise’s appeal is the bonds of friendship that have been made among the central characters and in this case, Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and Poe (Oscar Isaac) hope their theirs is enough to topple overwhelmingly powerful adversaries.
The new footage is almost a minute long as shows the trio alights from a spaceship and a humorous moment occurs when Finn remarks that he has no idea where they should go.
They make their way across the enormous vessel in space and just when they think that they’ve avoided all the troopers aboard, encounter two just in front of them and Rey has no other choice but to use her Jedi powers. It dawns on Poe that she’s more powerful than he thought and he asks Finn if she could do her mind Jedi tricks on them.
