Evil, it seems, has a way of resurfacing and this time a willing accomplice will make things easy. Katie Holmes’ character will find out that evil is not easily defeated in the sequel to The Boy.
Directed by William Brent Bell with a script from Stacey Menear, Brahms: The Boy 2 is an upcoming American horror movie that continues the story of the porcelain doll, Brahms.
A young family, eager to give their unusual son a fresh start, moves into a mansion where the boy discovers a doll that has a dark history.
When a string of bizarre events begins to occur, the concerned parents figure out that the doll called Brahms could be far more than an inanimate object.
Hoping to build upon the impression of its predecessor, the movie emulates the creepy tone and suspense, and the child actor looks to be talented enough to portray a troubled boy whose affiliation with something dangerous may cost him everything.
Brahms: The Boy 2 comes from STX Entertainment and will be released on February 21, 2020. It stars Katie Holmes, Ralph Ineson, Anjali Jay, Owain Yeoman, Christopher Convery, and Natalie Moon.
