Inter are in talks with Manchester United over the transfer of defender Ashley Young according to a report on the website of Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 34-year-old full back has already agreed to a move to the Nerazzurri and will sign an 18 month deal with the club that will run until the end of next season.
It now remains to be seen if the Premier League side will let their club captain go on a free transfer this month given his contract is due to expire with them at the end of the season or if they will demand that Inter pay a nominal fee for him.
This season Young, who has been on the Red Devils books since the Summer of 2011, has made 18 appearances across all competitions.
In 1313 minutes on the field, the 39-time English international, has found the back of the net on one occasion and provided a single assist.
The Manchester United’s full back, Ashley Young, had earlier rejected a one-year extension offer by the club.
