Circles, a sixth studio album from deceased rapper Mac Miller, has been released posthumously.

The album was released today, January 17, 2020, by Warner Bros. Records and is presumably the last from him as he was well into the recording process when he died in September 2018 of an accidental overdose.

His family was faced with the unenviable choice of deciding whether or not to release Circles and stated that it was a complicated process that had no right answer.

The album was ultimately completed by experienced producer Jon Brion who worked extensively with Miller before his untimely demise.
