Taylor Swift Reveals Shocking News About Her Mum’s Health

American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has revealed something shocking and sad about her mum.

The 30-year-old singer who at age 14  became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal shared in an essay for Elle said that both her parents had suffered cancer in the past but that her mother was again battling it

In an interview with Variety, she made it known that a tumor has been found in her mother’s brain when she was undergoing chemo for her cancer.

She said;

She was going through chemo, and that’s a hard enough thing for a person to go through. While she was going through treatment, they found a brain tumor. And the symptoms of what a person goes through when they have a brain tumor is nothing like what we’ve ever been through with her cancer before. So it’s just been a really hard time for us as a family.

And she is still undergoing treatment for the illness.
