Why I Don’t Depend On My Dad’s Wealth – Davido

Davido has attributed his hard work to the impact of his mum’s absence in a recent interview in which he talked about not depending on his dad’s wealth.

According to the singer, his reason for working hard is because he does not want to depend on his father’s money (just what everyone thinks he does), so he decided to work hard so he could depend on his own income.

He added that so many people’s belief is that a rich kid should go to school and then work in their father’s company and recalled how he lost his mum at 11 and he is determined to work hard to make his own money.
