Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, may have joined the presidential race of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a northern group has purchased his nomination form, odunews.com can confirm.
The group purchased the form for the ex-president on Monday.
There have been calls by some quarters requesting the ex-president to contest. Jonathan addressed some youths who stormed his house to urge him to contest in the coming election.
If the former president accepts the nomination form, he would add to the growing lists of politicians eyeing the APC ticket.
Odunews.com had earlier reported that Senate president, Ahmed Lawan, joined the presidential race after picking his nomination form earlier today.
