Only Few Can Do This – Teary DJ Cuppy Says After Completing MA Thesis At Oxford University

Nigerian DJ, Florence Otedola, says she has completed her Masters thesis at Oxford University, England.

Announcing via her Twitter page on Friday, the entertainer, posted a crying picture of herself with the caption “Tears of joy”.

She wrote, “TEARS OF JOY 😭 The wait is finally over!!! My THESIS for @UniofOxford is finally 100% done and submitted!!! 📚🎉 Not sure why weeping is my reaction right now. I’m so drained that it actually feels so difficult to celebrate. 🥲 #CuppyOnAMission.

“Over the last few weeks, I’ve pushed myself SO much, both mentally and physically to actually finish this degree. Truthfully, this has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life… This paper alone has made me want to drop out of Oxford University twice.

“I’ve done something only a few can do, and I don’t need to ask for anyone’s respect or flowers – I’ve earned them! 💐🤗 People keep asking where the party is?! LOL I need to rest and rebuild… I am fatigued and partying is the last thing on my mind. Greatful to the Most High 😇”

In March, the singer revealed that she had been accepted into the prestigious Oxford University, England, for a master’s degree in African Studies.

The star took to her verified Instagram page to share the news with her fans where she posted a video of when she informed her parents about the development.

In the video, the Gelato singer said, “Mama and Papa, I have news to share with you. Remember I applied at Oxford last year for my masters? I got it. I am going to Oxford University; I am going to Lady Margaret Hall.”

In another post, the DJ shared a picture of her certificate of offer from the university, which showed that she had been accepted to study African Studies in the school and expected to resume on October 11, 2021.

This would be her second master’s degree as she bagged one in Music Business from New York University in 2015.
