Natasha Romanoff hopes to rewrite the past by facing its ghosts in Marvel’s second trailer for Black Widow.
Call it unfinished business or whatever the heck you want, Black Widow (Scarlet Johansson) knows that going back to confront some things from her past is bound to ruffle some feathers and she seeks help from her sister (Florence Pugh).
Natasha says she wants to be more than just a “trained killer” but her sister tells her that she is just fooling herself because whether she believes it or not, that is what they are.
David Harbour (Stranger Things) gets a little more spotlight as he gives one or two bad guys a beat down. He seems to have super strength; this is shown in the way he breaks a hand and tosses the dude effortlessly.
Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff, a seasoned spy trained like Natasha, also gets in on the action. Apparently, there are those who want to wipe them all from the face of the earth and their working together gives them a chance at survival.
As they all face new enemies, Natasha discovers a mysterious new foe whose fighting skills are beyond expectations. The fact that he wields a shield makes him even more dangerous and intriguing.
All will be revealed on May 1, 2020, when Black Widow arrives in movie cinemas. It is set after the events of Captain America: Civil War and is directed by Cate Shortland.
