A cross-section of Nigerians on twitter has criticised Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, over the state’s environment.
Although Aba the commercial nerve-centre of Abia state has been largely regarded as the dirtiest city in Nigeria, the recent flood has made it more dirty.

In 2019, Okezie Ikpeazụ declared a state of emergency in the sanitation of Aba & Umuahia. Infact he personally said he was going to manage ASEPA himself to restore sanity & discipline. Seems like everything was audio. Which investor will visit Aba and take you serious? Shame

Abia state doesn’t have a single overhead bridge. While Ebonyi has built over 4 in less than 5 years, Abia is still building one since 2015 in Osisioma.
